Our Affordable Rates require you to furnish your own bedding, cookware, utensils, towels, and dishes.

The occupancy rating is four people per one bedroom and six people per two bedroom. 

Sorry, but no cheating on the number of guests. 

also no tents or RV’s, no smoking, no pets, or visiting guests must leave by 10pm. 

Visitors must check in and out at our office.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation by Visa or Mastercard.

(Your address must match address on the visa or MC you are using for your reservation)

Reservations are final and no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

No Sub letting is allowed.  The person making the reservation must be present at check in and all guests must be approved by CBM management.
